A duvet for a baby, it is safe. But there are things to keep in mind.
How a baby regulates heat
A baby's body does not yet regulate heat like an adult's. Children under three react differently to warmth. They have a large skin surface and give off heat that way. When that heat cannot escape, the child can overheat.
What helps
Use light, breathing fabrics. Natural materials support moisture regulation. Less insulating bedding is an important aid.
What we make
We make a baby duvet with less filling. Less insulating, but still warm and pleasant.
The parent knows best
Every child is different. Parents know their child best. Check regularly whether your little one is too warm or too cold.
